The only reason I really care is that my brother is a Raiders season ticket holder (I know, I know, he's an idiot). Anyway, every year I head out to the Chiefs/Raiders game. He doesn't know if he's going to keep his tickets when they are in Vegas or not. So we were hoping for Cal or Pac Bell for one more season.
After the track and field and soccer stadium closed for safety issues, they might be using the football stadium for more Bears sports events. I don't live there anymore so I'm just guessing, but if they could have gotten a Raider lease to help pay for athletic department debt, they absolutely would have. It likely wasn't possible.
