Gas grills
I want a cheap gas grill (less than $350) but one that will be durable and will perform it's intended task in a efficient manner. All of my research points to the entry level Weber's but I thought I'd throw this out for input before I pull the trigger.

I just completed a lot of research as I too am looking.
Weber has the best product and warranty based on consumer research. They do have an E-210 series for 299.00 and an E-310 for 399.00. They have several othrs that go all the way to $2800.00.

Home Depot, Sears and Ace Hardware stores have similar prices.

Next runner up was the CharBroil. They have several choices under $350.00. The warranty is not as good.

A lot of name brand gas grills will last you a very long time if you do the things neccessary to make it last.

Much like a lawnmower, with proper maintenance it will last. Leave it out all winter in a snowdrift and it won't.

I'd recommend a Ducane, my mom has one that's permanently fixed to the ground and hooked up to the natural gas line so it stays outside unprotected year round. It's over 15 years old and still works perfectly.

I bought a stainless Thermos (actually a rebadged Charbroil) from Target 3 years ago. It's been a good grill and still in great shape.
