One of the most disturbing documentaries I've ever seen.

As a convicted felon, I can tell you, if you do 18 years in a prison for something you didn't do, the last thing you will do is commit another crime to go back to jail, which is the closest thing I have ever experienced to what I imagine hell would be like...

He got setup... It is obvious.. Just use common sense here.. Lets not make this out to be scientists creating a nuclear bomb..

Is he a saint? No
Is he an easy target who corrupt cops dont give a shit about? Yes....

Very sad story.. I wish it never happened and I feel sorry for his Mom and Dad...

Like I said earlier. Avery could of killed Halbach but it didn't happen the way the prosecution said it did and they messed up the evidence so badly that we may never know. They also managed to railroad a complete innocent in Brendan Dassey as I believe there was no evidence actually linking him to the crime other then his 'confession'.

If I'm a killer and I want to set someone up.. Who better than Avery, a guy with a lawsuit against the cops? A guy who although was found innocent clearly didn't have the best reputation in town and clearly was not well liked.

This hasn't been discussed as much as it should have. How hard would it be to pull off this murder/rape and set Avery up? I think if you a smart killer or a cop (not saying one of the cops committed rape/murder but hey you never know) it honestly wouldn't be that hard.. It'd take a lot of thinking and planning but it is doable..

Anyone else agree?
