Not "Mods" but "Mobs?" WTF

Check out this link.

http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/group...oupid=35&pp=10

I stumbled upon the link above today as I keep getting blocked from draft threads for abuse by ChiefsCountry (I think?). This is a social group called "The Mob" that's sole purpose is to target noobs and drive them away. They basically just try and force them out deciding who stays and who goes like a moderator. They are basically wannabe mods imo.

Here are some of the members:

1. ChiefCountry
2. Bosschief
3. Sorter
4. PGM
5. DJ's Left Nut
6. DaneMcCloud
7. HemiEd
8. Possibly SAC
9. Possibly Aussiechief

It would be in your best interest to see if you are or were on their hit list. A lot of these guys pretty much try to "run" the place. Are you older posters OK with this? Is this condoned? If so, why even invite noobs into the place? It ain't right.

All I know is that all the theories of weird mob like mentality aren't an accident around here. It's 100% true. I don't think anyone has a problem with Noob hazing including the noobs themselves.

These guys are serious assholes and the deck is stacked against a lot of people after one post. I just thought I would bring it up because I doubt most of you are aware of it.

Bwana - assume he maxed himself out as a mod

Frazod? What?

Dr. Johnny Fever? Uh, no. Never heard that guy say a funny thing in my life.

Gonzo? Borderline. His condescending attitude can make me laugh, but I still think he swings towards rep whore.

Lumpy. Yes. The definition of a rep whore. (Sorry, it's true) Well in a mix in with all of the pathetic men on this site that get off simply by knowing they are talking to a woman. (I'm not even trying to bash here, I wouldn't consider myself a top 20 poster either in terms of reppable posts)

Sofa King? Meh. He's ok.

Rain Man? Top tier.

Vailpass? Makes me laugh. Assume he gets that stick from DC, though.

capone? Oh, he was the SOC guy. Yeah, WINNER.

Flopnuts? Love the dude, biggest rep whore ever. He does have rep worthy posts, though.

Tattoo? No.

Phobia? Worthy. He's great in the community and has rep worthy posts.

gblowfish? Absolutely. He's a true CP legend.

Fax not top 5? Same with Rain Man? Joke.

There are a few posters in the group that are newer members to the site, that should show that it isn't just a way to pick on new members.

There were a group of us that got fed up with every thread getting shit on by stupid comment after stupid comment.
The Leader speaks!

OP, you should feel honored. He took a break from 'neg-bombing' and fapping to still porn in his mom's basement to address your assault on his forum gang.

What a waste of time and effort all the way around ... the only reason I finished the thread is because the wifi connection worked in the can.

I agree Tooge, who f'n cares about the rep, little groups and playtime BS that for some is their only reason for posting. This a Chiefs board with a little extra thrown in, not a forum for a bunch of circle-jerkin, wads that want to play online KKK.

Top 5 CP in the eyes of the Dragon:

1. Rain Man (duh)
2. FAX (duh)
3. GoChiefs (for a Chiefs fan he's God)
4. gblowfish (best Chiefs fan I've ever met)
5. Phobia (can't discredit what he has done here, and we've had plenty of run-ins and he despises me more than just about anyone).

6-10 would be hard but that's probably the Hamas and Dane tier, even though I think Dane's epersona is SUPER flawed, but he helps drive the board ESPECIALLY the offseason

I consider you an important member of CP, someone I at least identify and will read posts from. Not sure what rank that would be, but honestly, if you stopped posting I would notice. That's about the best compliment I can give on this board.

If Raush stopped posting, I probably wouldn't notice. His football takes are outrageously bad.
