I just sold my deep sea blue BMW roadster using craigslist. I also put an ad on nextdoor. The ads were up for about a week.

I got 0 hits on nextdoor.
I got 2 scams, 1 looker, 2 shoppers, and 2 legit buyers with offers on craigslist.

We've sold a couple on craigslist. Seems to be pretty easy and straightforward, just insist on a cashier's check or cash… and a clean title of course.
