Early AFCCG Forecast: High of 19°

According to the far out forecast, the high next Sunday is 19° and the low is around 13°.

Personally, I think this would be great. We know that Mahomes can sling it in those conditions, he proved it last year at Denver and today to some degree. Idk about Brady and Rivers though, as they are older and their arms aren’t quite what they used to be. Not saying they couldn’t throw it, but I think it could have a negative effect on them.

Thoughts?

Also, this from Pete Sweeney:
Quote:
Andy Reid said “two more” at the podium tonight. In five years covering Reid, I have never heard him talk like that. Always a game at a time. He believes.
Let’s roll!

He certainly hasn't been a world beater in this depth of frigidity.
So you're saying that Brady is undefeated in this type of frigid cold weather and has thrown 0 INTs against much better defenses? Sounds good to me!

What are Mahomes' stats in this type of weather?

What's Tom Bradys record in Arrow Head? Or hell on the road in the playoffs?

Conveniently leaves out that they no longer have Hunt, who has been their biggest weapon vs NE, and that JC Jackson (who has the lowest passer rating allowed of all CBs in the NFL since becoming a starter, and who has shut down Adam Thielen and JuJu) was not a starter for NE in week 6.

Good job shutting down JuJu.... Did you win the game?

We shut them down in their own building. Brown and JuJu combined for like 80 yards and we held them to 17 points.

We lost the game because Brady was playing through an MCL injury. He's all healed up.

Ya, kinda wish he'd get kicked out of this one. The purpose I bumped it was to keep people who might be traveling for the game aware of the weather. Wouldn't actually be bad to sticky it or create a different one to sticky.

Oh, it was Bradys MCL you say?

It wasn't letting the ****ing Steelers run all over you?

Clearly not, because they were only able to score 17 points in their own building.

How many passing TDs did Mahomes have in the cold on Saturday?

If Patriot fans are hoping to bank on us not having Hunt then I guess they haven't watched the last five Chiefs games.

Well consider this, the Steelers without Conner or Bell ran for 158 yards on you.

The Chiefs just rushed for 160+ yards on the Colts (PS by all metrics a MUCH better run defense)

Did I mention that no only can we run but we have Tyreek Hill, yeah you guys haven't figured him out yet. Add in Kelce and Sammy.........

Oh,

And we have the most productive pass rush in NFL.

I like our chances.......

Pat carved up the Colts and their supposedly vaunted defense, c'mon with that noise.

Man it has been the same all season...every defense is great until Pat beats them and then suddenly they're an easy win.
