Fantasy Trade Offer

Got a huge Bears fan in my league who has really wanted Justin Fields (who I had as a backup and recently promoted to a starter). With Fields injury, he just sent me a trade offer. What's the Chiefsplanet consensus (Hurts is my starting QB).

What's the consensus? He and I are both 7-4. I'm 3rd in our league, he's 5th on the tiebreaker (I beat him earlier in the year). Top 4 make the playoffs.

Haven't checked in this sub in a few days... Did you take it?

I like it a lot on the surface, just depends on where you're improving and how much you're improving him by giving up Fields.

Pierce is a RB2 and Andrews is TE1 in most cases. That's pretty good for Fields overall and his value isn't going up at this point.

I took it. He ended up wanting to nix the RB swap at the last minute but I still ended up going with it. Now it’s up to the league review. I’m just a shade below the top 2 people in the league but my TE production has been abysmal this year. Hoping this can at least get me at the level to compete with our top dogs.
