You are called obsessed because you post more in MU topics and threads than you do in KU threads, dumbass. You lightened up some lately, but no one expects that trend to continue.

Jack is the only one who ever even talks about MU in this town anymore. Without him, you'd never know they still existed in KC Metro. (Non-Tiger fans obv, since I'm sure Tiger fans follow their games still) Last nite he wrapped up sports after doing a segment on Bill Self by adding: "And tomorrow nite the Missourah TIGERS! go for their FIRST! road win of the season. Gotta get one soon!" As if anybody cares. The other anchors just kinda stared at him like, oooooh-kay dude. Let's get one more look at the weather.... |

As for the KC/Stl split that sounds logical but people could theoretically settle anywhere. |

And as an addendum I have no idea how many IL alums there are in Stl but I do know unequivocally that it is a MU town. #'s aside it is not an apt comparison to KC and MU/KU/Kst.

Not sure why you are expecting MU fans to just cede KC to KU, and pack up an move elsewhere...and not sure why you would care. You are more obsessed with proving MU has no KC presence, when you should be focusing on basketball, KU's lone sport of the year, since that is in season.

The numbers cannot support those people's assertions. That was my point there. If MU reports numbers that are quite similar to KU in terms of alumni counts, then we can assume they are using the same methods given the similar sizes of the two schools. The math won't work any other way.

Are you claiming that you don't post about Mizzou simply because you may not post in a specific thread? I mean, at least posting in that thread would make sense. You post about Mizzou with regularity in threads that aren't even about Mizzou. That speaks volumes.

Hell, you have posted about Mizzou several times in just this thread the past couple of days (I already know your excuse, this is not an MU thread, blah, blah, blah) You have earned your reputation on this board, no point in disputing it.

Check this one out! Question Posted on: February 13, 2013 at 13:13:17 CT mattieo86 MU Posts:2653 Member For:6.58 yrsLevel:UserM.O.B. Votes:0 Since Texas in no longer relevant when it comes to winning.... And Texas A&M is now the power house in Texas. Texas A&M can only take so many 5 and 4 stars. So when really good players in Texas get snubbed by A&M, doesn't that make them more likely to come to Missouri instead of UT? So they can play in the SEC and compete against the team that snubbed them. Just seems like picking up A&M's scraps would help us, even if it is just a couple 4 stars. Texasses downfall could help us out a lot. http://www.tigerboard.com/boards/mis...ssage=10483275 |
