So I've been doing upper/lower split 4 days a week. About 20 mins of cardio 3-4 days a week and 1 HIIT class.
Was thinking about switching it up and doing Upper/Lower/Push/Pull/Legs Is that just too much especially on a cut? |

BTW I just got my stats from Strava (a cycling/running tracking app) and I rode my bicycle 2,678 miles in 2018.
That's roughly from San Francisco to Boston. and rode/Climbed 34 vertical miles. You can do it, guys! (being unemployed from June to September helped) |
