In my very short stay on local radio (I was a co-host on the Omaha Beef Coaches Show for one season) I would listen to the pod casts later and found that I would say "I was going to say" so often it was embarrassingly nauseating. And even though I was aware of it, I would still do it. Turns out, live radio or press conferences is not as easy as it sounds.
