I wanted us to take any QB because it was the way we all wanted to go after the Matt Cassel abortion.

I was very vocal about wanting Geno to sit for 2 years of we drafted him and I was good with the Alex Smith trade (thought we overpaid a lot though)...who knows how things play out if that's the way it had played out...
