Yeah, I think he’s a dynamic player but I absolutely cannot get behind drafting a 5’9” QB to be my franchise guy in the first round.
It’s not that I don’t think he can’t make plays, I know he could with the right coaching. But can you ever become a viable pocket passer at that height? Guys like Brees and Mayfield already have to adjust their release points and footwork to make up for their height, and Murray looks to be a good 1 1/2 to 2 inches shorter.
