Not everything has to be some super duper amazing epic story arc.

All of the Marvel TV series will most certainly have a story arc and connect to Phase 4 & 5 of the MCU.
But instead of seeing that arc in a 2 hour movie, Marvel will have more time to develop the story over the course a 4-8 hour TV series.
