Luck's duty for 80-90% of their snaps today might be handing the ball to RB.
Much rather see temps in the 40's with a 15 mph wind and no precipitation. Colts would be dumb enough in that weather to let Luck throw the ball more, which would lead to mistakes by him (and sacks by the KC pass rush).
