Yup.

As soon as I heard that, I knew he was sticking to whatever it was he'd decided he was going to say before the game.

There's no way you can come away from that game and say he didn't face pressure. He faced a fair amount of it - he just stood in, gave it the bird and through the ball through the teeth of it.

Rather than let those zone blitzes get him off his spot, he did Tom Brady stuff, knew that the blitz would leave an open zone where he came from and looked directly past it for his open target.

It was a damn masterclass. Just a spectacular performance from the kid.

There is NO adjusting to what he did. There isn't. Some games he simply won't be that sharp and some games the defense will have a few more weapons to knock some balls down. But on days that he's that sharp, the best you can hope for is holding the Chiefs to 28 or so regardless of your own talent or scheme. He was just ****ing locked in.
