Dude, for real how old are you, because this has to be one of the dumbest things posted on this site. The absolute earliest you can find out your pregnant is 3 weeks and there's no way they're getting an ultrasound at 4 weeks pregnant.
Im betting she is just under 15-19 weeks pregnant and that picture is from a 6-12 weeks ago.
