The Biopic I want to see made is for
Mark Oliver Everett of the Eels. His autobiography,
Things the Grandchildren Should Know, is the best music biography I've ever read (YMMV). He's had an interesting, tragic-at-times life and I think it would translate to a movie format pretty well.
There's a documentary called
Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives about this guy's father where the son goes around talking to former colleagues about his dad and his dad's "Many-worlds interpretation" of quantum physics which was pretty good IMO.
