My view is, if it wasn't bad enough to get you to complain in the first place, shut the **** up. For all we know, the woman didn't mind it at the time but decided to make it seem that way now due to all of the press she knows it would receive.

It's not that simple. Victims are intimidated, afraid of losing their jobs, afraid of being retaliated against, and afraid of their reputations being ruined. And comments like this (and the dozens of other people shooting their mouths off in this thread and others like it) are part of the problem.
