Not that I doubt there is an excessive amount of sugar (and salt) in fast food, those stats were for the entire burger - including sauce, bun, cheese, etc.

Wonder Bread hamburger buns (the same bought in stores), has 4g of sugar. A slice of Kraft American cheese has 2g. Ketchup has a ton of sugar.
