Basically, 20 something son dies due to an accident (was punched, fell onto a curb and was brain dead afterward). His mom says he always wanted kids so she sues to get his sperm for possible artificial insemination at a later date (I don't think mom was planning to carry the baby, that may have been too weird even for her).
