Just heard Sam McDowell say that the Chiefs would like to do a deal with both Sneed and Jones. But, they also have a plan in place if neither come back. That came from a conversation between McDowell and Veech.

PS - McDowell also hinted there will be no hometown discount from Jones's camp. He is chasing the money.
