a professional hobo isnt a homeless person down on there luck. They want to be hobos. When I was a kid Id walk from st Agnes to the down town bus station to catch a ride across town to the Northside.
Hobos that were around when I was a kid in 83-84 were still hobos when I went to work in midtown in 99 and were still marking out the same turf when I left in 11.
Honestly I'd give the old timers beer money if they'd stay off the lot and were honest about just wanting money for booze.
