Not showing it as active anywhere I've looked, and I finished that last weekend. These are just regular Ancient Ash Titans, not the named ones. And I think they can spawn randomly. It was really the other part that was weird, the electrical orbs. They were like the ones you can shoot off the platform on the second phase of Hive Tyrant. Just randomly up in the sky in a couple of places. Seemed weird. I've been running quests the last few hours, haven't been in freeplay so I don't know if it was still happening.
