Been thinking about our roster construction and bench strategy with our given assets. This seems as likely a scenario as I've seen - quite a bit of flexibility. While I'm sure they'll try to get him some meaningful at-bats against lefty pitching, O'Hearn is going to need a right handed option (Dozier or Cuthbert) as a semi-platoon. Unless Cuthbert plays himself out of a job in ST, he'll get plenty of at-bats in that scenario to see if he can resurrect his career (just turned 26). Herrera could be the one odd man out on that list. He's not a necessity with Whit and Owings flexibility. I'd probably rather keep Brian Goodwin over Herrera.
