Or you just stop using as much 11 personnel with 3 WRs, move to a base 12 formation and run a lot more twin tight.

If your 2nd TE is a stud, that's gonna be a better 'chain mover' than a WR and a hell of a lot more versatile, especially if you're at/ahead of the sticks.
