If I was a betting man, I would agree assuming they are in love that there would be nothing to worry about.
For the sake of drama, imagination, and speculation. It's interesting to think what if?
For example, both Mahomes and his girlfriend are in their bottom 20's. Many life changing experiences for both of them have happened, are happening, and will continue to happen for quite a while before true stability probably kicks in... From my experience you learn a lot about what you want and how you want to live the rest of your life throughout your 20's....
