It was evident, at least to me, that the Patriots were ready for the Chiefs and the Chiefs were not ready for the Patriots. All week, the talking heads were showing how the Patriots shut down the Chargers and confusing the offensive line. The same thing happened to the Chiefs.

The biggest difference between these two teams is the coaching, Reid appears to be concerned only with the offense and all of the toys he has to play with. The Patriots lined up and ran the ball all over the Chiefs. The Chiefs responded by putting in bigger linemen and the Patriots ran short routes that were open all game long.

The Patriots took away:

1) Defensive Pass Rush
2) Hill
3) Kelce
4) Time of Possession

Blame Sutton if you want to, the head coach is ultimately responsible for this. Neither side of the ball was prepared for what they faced.
