Ever since the really big update where they tried to stop people from using "lag switches," as if that's an actual problem in most online gaming situations... it's been a problem for me.
It's either spend about $300 on a dd-wrt router in hopes that my issue lies in bufferbloat, or say **** PUBG... so atm I'm pretty much waving the flag on PUBG.

Have you tried deleting the install and re-installing? I was having issues after the previous update with desyncs... After doing that, i've not had an issue since.
I also got google fiber installed since then as well, so that probably has something to do with it, too.
