Frankly I think Snead is as good as gone.
A team like the Bears, have already been investing in their defense, already have massive draft capital and can make a ton more if they want it. Very easy for them to draft Williams and an OT with their first rounders, flip Fields for something, and then trade the Chiefs their 2nd for Snead. They can pay him now while Williams is on his rookie deal
