Have the resistance from the outer rim finally show up
Etc., etc., etc.

Whatever they do will be a lame band-aid necessitated by Rian Johnson’s terrible movie.

If it is pulled off that team deserves every award out there because they start off backed all the way into a corner. It'd be nearly impossible to back-track now...
IMO......
  • Luke is dead. Can't fix that. He can be there as a force ghost, but that's it.
  • Snoke is dead. Can't fix that, either. Move on. Kylo is the big bad in Ep. 9.
  • Rey's parentage: This one's easy to fix. Kylo told her her parents are no one because he knew that would hurt her. It's not true.
  • Not sure how they deal with Carrie Fisher's death, but I'mma be right pissed off if they kill her of screen. She should have died in TLJ instead of her Superman spacewalk.
