Punk is extremely marketable, but only to a specific audience.

He'd also have to be a long-term babyface to do what Cena does. That's a huge part of Cena's popularity with the wee-ones. He's the cartoony good guy. I'm sure Punk could do that...but why would he? Cena already is...
