But what we are talking about IS business. Chuck as the partner is the boss. Jimmy is basically an applicant looking for a job.
And he's family. So Chuck really needed to handle it as tactfully as possible to maintain his family relationship.
Family business arrangements are not inherently bad. Douchebags like Chuck that can't separate emotion from business are when family business arrangements go bad.
