I took my younger son through some swim-throughs in Cozumel last month that were 25 times that size at the tightest places and as bright as you'd expect for Cozumel (!!), and he said the first time was a bit nerving... I can't imagine what it's going to be like for these divers working with these kids.

I read a report if accurate the kids would be tethered to one diver sharing off the divers tank like a Y connection to the 2 masks and regulators. The kids masks would be a special design. The Thai divers would horse the tank through narrow openings.
This sounds almost impossible if kid panic's they both die.
