Our tertiary receivers are set to have a huge day if they blitz us all game. Everybody has to be on their toes. We could really use Sammy to play, if for nothing to draw a top tier corner and keep their depth corners on Robinson/Hardman.
I hope Clark feels healthy. We’re going to need great games on the edge from him and Kpass and Danna. I hope to see Demone Harris out there, as he may be our best runstopping DE. (I’m a Demone Harris homer.)
Pennel needs to be in game shape and we need to be able to flood the intermediate zone and take Andrews out. I trust Sneed on the outside. The other side shouldn’t hurt us too bad but we need Thornhill to rebound.
At the end of the day I just can’t trust our LBs to beat the run down on 1st and 2nd down. If the Ravens gash us like I think they will it’s going to get ugly — real ugly. And there’s nothing Mahomes can do if the Ravens won’t let him on the field.
Mahomes is the cheat code, though. Just, every other factor goes the Ravens way.
