It was an up day for me I had a target of 2750 calories and I hit it.
I have a jar of mixed nuts at work. I would usually have a good sized handful for lunch. I actually poured out less than normal today and weighed it. It was almost 700 calories! Holy shit. Those are going to have to be on my no fly list.
