I’ve lost 24 lbs in 6 weeks. 48 lbs lost total in 3 months. Not counting calories. Portion control. More veggies/fruit. No burgers, pizza, pasta etc. Not doing any kind of “diet”. It’s more of a lifestyle change than a traditional diet. Walking 2-3 miles a day.

Went out and heard some music drank 5 beers, had a pizza early in the week and some popcorn today at the movies. But that’s not been typical.
