The difference between LeBron and MJ is that LeBron gets upset when people challenge his greatness to stroke his ego. MJ got upset because he couldn't stand losing.
I don't see LeBron getting riled up over this. On the plus side, he's not going to let anger negatively affect his game. On the negative side, Jordan would never let that kind of comment slide without upping his game than jamming it down your throat. LeBron will play the same game as if Vogel never made the comments.
