I have been a 49er fan since 1981. I supported the Montana trade and took a beating from all of my friends and co-workers for supporting Steve. I was too busy being a workaholic working on the SF-Oakland Bay Bridge and the new Skyway segment of the new bay bridge to have the time to obsess over the 49ers when the 49ers ****ed up and drafted Alex Smith.
