here i will make a football example so everyone can relate to it
diablo2 herm would of rolled something like a melee sorc. he would get killed an get laughed at all the time. yet he would be to stupid to look for help. he will stand there giving speeches about why his build is great that make no sense.
now in diablo3 they have made it so no matter what herm does his build will work. this man who could not make it out of act2 normal is now able to make it all the way to hell. herm will not get lost an confused. he now gets a blue ribbon for participation so he can feel like everyone else an not be seen for the true failure that he is.
if you don't like the term dumbed down. we can say it was hermed if that will make people happy haha
