Well, I thought I was going to have a difficult decision, but Hamas made it easy for me.
That's the thing about having the Chiefs this year - you can't fill all of their holes, you have to get value with the picks - but someone will bitch that you didn't address the OL early enough or that NT wasn't addressed early enough.
Cam Thomas and Roger Saffold being off the board makes this an easy decision. There is an OL here that would be a half-round reach, and a NT that would be a full round, but I'm not sacrificing the value on the board.
This team needs playmakers, and we've had one fall into our laps here at 68.
This "poor man's Percy Harvin can do it all, but Todd Haley's going to have to work with him on his route running. Otherwise, this kid has a tremendous amount of upside, and can work as a slot WR, PR or KR. Ask Oklahoma what they think of him, he torched them for almost 400 all-purpose yards in Norman.
Yet another pick where value meets need.
The Kansas City Chiefs select: Marshawn Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati
