I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
I had resigned myself to my beloved Chiefs never winning the Super Bowl. That we would never have an elite QB. And then Mahomes happened. And so many things I never even dared to dream of have come to pass.
This is house money, fellas. This team has brought me more joy than I ever thought was possible. Whatever happens from here, I'm just enjoying the ride.
Of course I want to win. And we will win PLENTY, for several years to come.
But we're so far past what I ever thought was possible that I'm not losing any sleep to heartbreak no matter what happens now.
Just enjoy the ride.
