Put Bobby at leadoff and then Salvy batting 2nd. Let those 2 get the most ABs. We just start the game with an auto out.
I'm not sure what the harm in bringing up John Rave up. He leads the AAA team in walks and has right around a .350 OBP. He has 63 extra base hits and 17 SBs.
Drew Waters deserves another shot as well.
