The Kansas Star Bond proposal stupidly said it would be authorized for one year and could be extended to two years. That guarantees that Chiefs make no public contact with Kansas over Star bonds because World Cup 2026 is the priority and requires everyone to work together.

Royals might be in a hurry, because they mind****ed themselves into thinking they need a new ballpark and even tried to say the World Cup could speed up their timeline.
