CP underrates Purdy but they do that with every QB that isn't Mahomes. See: Burrow, Allen, etc.

Armstead is 30 and coming off a down year, which typically means he's on the decline.
Huffanga will be a FA after this season and is coming off a season ending injury.
Bosa and Warner are the only guys you listed that are still long term pieces.
Purdy is a good QB when you're paying him peanuts, hence why I said they have "a year,
maybe two."
And again, how much longer do you think McCaffrey, Deebo, and Kittle have?
All of that goes without mentioning their salary cap situation as well.
