Not everybody is a bad ass like you are.
What about the person who takes forever to back into a spot in a crowded lot where practically every space is taken?
What about the driver who ignores two parallel rows of open spots where they can practically drive forward and have their precious spot with front end facing forward. They don't have to back up at all arriving or leaving. Instead of doing the obvious easy move, they spend an additional 30 seconds backing into a spot to get 10 feet closer to the building.
