Alex Smith was an average QB with certain strengths and weaknesses but he came here and did best he could. It worked out long term which is what Reid was looking at, the big picture, not the small one. There's no reason to be a weirdo like the nerd Clay and hate the guy.

And you still have to defend your boi like he’s a member of your family.
