KC’s downtown and the River Market area are bleeding population?
Do you have details on that? I know that’s a nationwide trend but don’t think it has hit KC in the same way.
The Royals’ plans include a business park and a community-based development, from what I have heard. They’re not just plopping a stadium down and relying on the city to keep the area around it up. They’re handling some of that themselves.
