I'm going to call my shot that it's Christopher Walken as Mephisto. If Agatha isn't the big bad, then it's likely Mephisto as everyone has theorized, but I'm going one step further and saying they'll get Christopher Walken to play him this one time. I'm likely wrong, but this is probably the best thing I can think of outside of Magneto or Charles Xavier showing up.
