First it is leadership. His teammates love him, and I have never heard of a teammate ever having anything bad to say about him. Skill wise there were guys with his arm talent, Jeff George, Favre come to mind, but there has never been a qb with his physical gifts that could match with his mental approach. Factor in his mobility, his fearless aggression, knowledge of what defenses are trying to do to him, and quite frankly his willingness to check the ball down, which is sometimes very hard for young qbs to be willing to do.
He checks so many boxes as a qb can. It is quite incredible.
