Running QBs make you a little nervous as an opposing fan, because you worry that they'll tear up your defense. But they really don't have a history of winning a lot of games in the NFL, and it seems like most of them fatten up on bad teams with bad defenses.
Jackson is a prime example. He sells jerseys and piles up stats but doesn't win big games, isn't going to beat great teams when you have to be disciplined and just play the QB position. There have been a lot of guys like him before.
In that vein I would probably rather have Prescott, but I wouldn't really want my franchise giving a franchise QB deal to either of them.
